Women at Work

This is for the Community Challenge on International Women's Day.
She was organizing traffic around a worksite right in the middle of Sydney where they are digging up George Street, to install a tramway I think.

I remember when I was young a female in these roles was a rare sight but certainly not any more.

My trip down was to the skin clinic for a checkup and Microsoft to fix my Surface Pro which has stopped recognizing the Bluetooth mouse.
Both successful.
I must say my only two visits to the Microsoft store have impressed me. According to the chap I saw, it's the only one in the Southern Hemisphere which services Surface Pros so we are fortunate.
