Risotto

Sweet potato, onion and celery and rich chicken stock go to make this lovely sticky rice dish - It's the 4th day of the fresh chicken from L.  Day 1: Chicken dinner. Day 2:  Cold chicken, Mediterranean roasted veg.  Day 3:  Chicken curry and Day 4, today:  Risotto made with the chicken stock from Day 1.  I'll be cooking a chicken-free dish tomorrow!!  My sincere apologies to the lovely madchickenwoman.
