Stuck in traffic

Well not actually much traffic but then it's not much of a road. The workers on the new build in the lane manage to park so it's possible to weave around them but it's very difficult for delivery vehicles to manoeuvre - they have to reverse down. Went out to the shop just for a loaf of bread, normally a 10-15 minute round trip. Got caught by this man as he was fiddling with the nets over his load but he managed to let me past after a short wait. He was still there when I got back and I was stuck for several minutes whilst he lifted heavy bags of stone/brick off his vehicle. So at least I got a desperation blip. Good job I wasn't in a desperate hurry.
