Garden crocus on Mother’s Day (in UK)

I had to crop this photo a lot and it was a bit blurred, so I used a mono effect. The crocus was white anyway! The sun came out for an hour this afternoon and I sat in the garden for the first time this year. We have lots of daffodils and hyacinths coming out, but this is the first time I have been out to see them.

My son gave me a set of novels (in hardback, which I’m thrilled about) that I’ve wanted for ages. He also gave me Strawberries and Cream flavoured Lindor chocolates (which have a gooey centre). Delicious!
