Lowestoft Outer Harbour...

We've had a lovely day, Margaret, Claire and I off to Lowestoft for a really nice lunch to celebrate Mother's Day with Mum...

We went to the usual venue, The Spring Tide and found that things have changed there a little but the meal was good and the helpings quite generous (important!).

Unusually there were no ships in the inner harbour to photograph so we had a bit of a walk around the harbour and I took this photograph of an off-shore platform under construction... this thing is huge!
