Goodbye Yorkshire

So all good things come to an end and this morning Tony headed across the border in to Lancashire to orienteer in the first round of the Compass Sport Cup for our Club, whilst Marketa, Tomas and I took a walk to Goit Stock Waterfall.  Back home there was time for a quick cuppa before Jenny arrived to take us all to the airport.  She had brought with her my favourite tipple for Mother's Day - Cairn O Mohr's Bramble wine (care no more - gettit?!)

The plane to Prague left on time so at the time of writing they should be on the train home to Moravia, much more straightforward than their journey to Yorkshire!

Jen and I had a good catch up and she was able to explain some of the tricky music theory I have been grappling with, then it was time to get the sunday roast cracking.  Tony returned having finished 4th on his course but it sounds like we have lost out to Lakeland Orienteering Club overall by just 7 points, so we won't be going through to the next round.
