Coconut water

What i've learnt today

The benefits of Coconut water:
1) Lots of electrolytes which means it's very hydrating
2) Can aid digestion
3) More potassium than a banana, which increases brain function and lowers blood pressure
4) Boosts your metabolism
5) Fights viruses

I think I will be drinking some more of this!
