UFD's

I am in Syracuse, NY (work trip) and decided to take a couple of hours this afternoon and walk along the shore of Lake Onondaga Lake. It was cold and there is snow on the ground but all things considered, it was quite nice out (at least for this part of the world).

Other than geese, a couple of squirrels, and a ton of seagulls, there was not  much exciting on the wildlife front except for this pair of ducks.  They were flying really fast and could not get a side shot.

Maybe Deb, Wade, Maura, Suzanne, Wendy or some other birders out there can help identify these?

See today's extra photos for a shot of a squirrel just sitting there with a nut in his mouth and another of a failed "artistic" attempt at photographing some seagulls on a snow covered dock.
