Brass band

This rose lights up the corner of the garden. It didn't look happy over summer but has sprung back to life after the cooler days and some rain.

Today we went for a walk with the dogs, had the car washed in one of those automatic drive through thingies ( wow that was fun and I'm sure we'll do it again) and had a business meeting. I also cooked up a tray of peaches for the freezer. We had a short sharp fall of rain which is evident in the Rose blip.
