Abstract Thursday Challenge - abstract macro

I took Ingeborg's useful advice when approaching this challenge and followed the url link. Basically it pointed me in the direction of using flowers as my subject matter but just keeping one element of the flower in sharp focus. This is the sort of thing that Rainie excels in and it reminded me to use my lensbaby with macro adapters. The flowers chosen were a bunch of tulips in a vase, well past their best and I so enjoyed experimenting with this subject matter that I have included an extra.
