Mushrooms

I made a mushroom risotto for dinner. Youngest is home for her easter break soon. She hates these fun guys so thought we'd have this tonight.

Wonder if she'll get a refund of her student tuition fees for this term.  Over £3000 for a term of very little input from the university lecturers. Still on strike. Ho hum.
