Poached

Middle daughter and I have been trying to master the art of egg poaching using various different methods and gadgets. It's just not as easy as it looks. 

Today however, I was pleased with this one. Nice and neat and a runny yolk.

I didn't plan to blip this but the photos of some fab flowers from last weekend didn' come out too well.

So here is the second foodie blip in a row.
