Lisbon Aquarium

Took the metro to explore the Aquarium area. I learned about gorgeous spindly ‘Sea Dragons’ and enjoyed watching the otters play, driving and turning in the huge swimming area. The otters seemed to soak up the attention they were getting from the crowd. I learned about the sun fish which was a huge animal with small flippers that shoots around very quickly for its size (it looks like a boulder swimming!)

I went on a cable car ride which gave good views of the bridge and the sea/ sea traffic.

Not feeling too fabulous today thanks to over indulgence with food and drink last night meaning that I’m on a diet which avoids chilli and spices! Feeling loads better now but no more curries or chilli based cocktails for a while!

Easy day planned tomorrow and really hopeful that the sun may come out again!
