The Edge of the Wold

By gladders

Autumn

Another colourless sky today, but for a few bright spots at sunset. I went for a walk along the River Kent with Sue and Rowan at lunchtime. The bankside trees have coloured up in the last week or so, and the goosander was drifting and scratching in the reflected colours. The Kent is full of crayfish, and these birds don't have a difficult time finding a meal. Still no sign of otters though.

I have loaded the sixth of my back blips from the holiday in Sicily. Two more to go, I'm getting there.

Might be best viewed bigger.

Blip no 707, I'm not Boeing out yet.
