Steps to Black Water River Falls

It just could not last as we woke this morning to grey skies and the hills shrouded in mist so after going to Scourie and getting my blood test and flu jab we set off for Dingwall as I wanted to go to the wool shop to see if I could get a pattern for kilt socks. Pattern bought plus two balls of sock wool and a look round the ironmongers where I bought a new bacon tray for the microwave as hubby burnt the last one putting it in the Stanley oven. Some merangues from Harry Gows then we headed up the road back home.
A wet misty day here but drier in Dingwall.
