A club walk

We headed to Comrie for our walk today. The weather was very very cold, the forecast said it would feel like -7C, but we were warmly wrapped up.  We did a circular walk from Comrie, along the river and over the fields back to Comrie.

We had sunshine, we had snow flurries, we had wind, we had cold cold temperatures, but we were fine.

One of the girls fell at a muddy bit, and strained her ankle, but she managed to hobble along for a bit and when we hit a road the HG hitched her a lift back to Comrie.  She was grateful!

Had a wee break after the walk in Crieff, and the HG and I headed for the Tower Pub, bought the Saturday paper, and I had a read while he watched the Ireland/England rugby, with a big crowd.  So we were both happy.

We did seven miles, which was plenty on the day, but we didn't feel tired at the end.  And home in time to watch the second half of the Wales/France match!"!!!

I put on some extras!
