A new beginning

Tonight was a meeting with the school to inform us of what will be happening over the next few weeks. All 900 pupils will be relocated miles away in Ebbw vale where they will continue their education for the foreseeable future. I have to say, the words used by the head were very positive and they all seem to stand united that Cwmcarn will once again breath life where there is now emptiness.

There were a few parents who were not listening at question time and just asked the same thing in a different format. Others were just being negative in a time when we all need to stand united and just ooze positivity, pulling together and supporting each other. But most were happy that for now the building is closed, but the school continues as one.
