As Mr C woke me early to tell me it had snowed (and?..) I took Ruby for an early walk over the common. Just a dusting really and not as much as a couple of weeks ago. Rebecca messaged to say she had quite a lot and Mo had left at 6am for work but had got stuck on the Hogs Back and needed a push. He went home and picked Rebecca’s little car up to drive to work.

Forgot to mention I spotted a group of small birds while I was over the common and on checking the bird book when I got home they were linnets. I’ve never seen them before.
