Pied Wagtail ......

......... was bobbing around the garden again today! :-)

As you can probably tell from this ....... most of the snow has bypassed us this time ....... we had a sprinkling ...... but it has almost disappeared ...... hooray! We had more than enough last time!

The wind however was an entirely different matter ..... it wouldn't bypass anything ..... it's like a knife cutting right through you! Overnight & this morning it was raging outside at almost gale force ....... things were shaking & rattling ...... but thankfully caused no damage. It finally seems to have eased a little now ...... it's only howling!

With the freezing wind & grey skies a walk didn't seem an inviting prospect ..... so Hubby decided to watch one of his films & I've retreated into my den :-))
