In a Flap

When I woke up this morning and looked out I thought we'd got away pretty light. It had settled on the roofs and on the grass but the road was clear. It was still snowing very lightly at that time but through the morning it became heavier and before long there was a thick layer on the road (which is a very steep hill). It's carried on through the day and it's still snowing now although it's a bit lighter. It seems our amber warning has been extended until tomorrow.

I took this photo this morning. We don't get too many gulls where we are but when the weather closes in we're more likely to see them. I like this one of a gull having a bit of a flap.
