Cool Colours

It has been a mild, humid day without much sun with around 23c.

A friend phoned me yesterday afternoon to see if I would like to go and have a coffee with her at the Palms Mall. That was when I was just going out to plant the daffodils.. I said today would be better for me.

It was great to catch up with her today. We had lunch and then some shopping. She bought some lovely things for herself and was pleased I could help choose what suited her best. I even bought a new jacket...didn't plan on getting one.

This is a Hydrangea I brought back form Akaora. I do love all the wonderful autumn colours it has now. When first out it is a bright deep blue.
