Arran

Last May we had a short break at Auchrannie, in Brodick on the island of Arran. As the result of a generous gift from my sister and brother in law we’ve returned for a three night break. I’m really looking forward to spending more time here and exploring a bit more of Arran which isn’t an island I know well. It’s already done us proud with wonderful sunshine, blue skies and spring bursting out all over the beautiful grounds and gardens at Auchrannie. My Blip was taken from the CalMac ferry as we crossed from Ardrossan. The extra is the resident heron in the garden.

I’m just back from the spa. A bottle of fizz has been left for us. Dinner is booked. I might not have much commenting time but I wish you all a happy week.
