It had to be done

Woke up to.....sunshine. And warmth. Ordinarily I’d have been pulling on the Lycra but there was a meeting at the school to talk about Eve’s options for next year and then a meeting in Embra to talk golf.

I got home at 4.30pm and nearly didn’t bother. I’m so glad I did. A quick 18mile loop in the evening sunshine was life affirming. Is this finally Spring?

In the evening it was proven, once again, that where the twins are concerned a wee squirt of marmite elevates any meal into a masterpiece.
