Red in a Group(er) Shot

My new fisherman buddy Red is a pretty nice guy. He is quite talkative, and also very informative. He is from the East coast of Florida, but came over to the West coast to help out his son.

The boat is bringing in a load of red grouper, along with a couple of big red snappers. While the captain is inside the fish company doing captain stuff...Red and his fellow boat-mate (he is down in the hold tossing up the fish) have to unload the catch. Hard, back-breaking work.

For as good as grouper tastes...it sure is an ugly fish.
