Spring sunshine

A lovely sunny spring day.  Another short walk for me today and I had a tiny bit of soreness at the injured part of my foot, but it hasn't lasted.  My shoulder has thankfully been a bit better today, yesterday I couldn't even scull in the swimming pool without pain.
