Cerulean Scene

One of my views, walking back from town to get cash from the bank to pay the electrician for the pump. Can't say how wonderful it is to see the Lake almost full again, feels like a reprieve in our determination to ruin the world we've been given to look after. Hot sunshine after a night where the water froze in our pipes; these are the extremes of Alentejano weather.

Off in a bit to lead the Bible study, this week on Tobit, a book that is included in the Catholic and Orthodox Canon, but not the Jewish or Protestant, so it's new ground for me. It's a tale designed to make its readers realize the importance of listening to the wisdom of others. Blip is a good place for that, actually!
