Competition Day

I have felt better most of the day, but I probably overdid things a little as I am feeling exhausted and unwell again now.

But it has been a long day - our first Danish competition this year and the boys did well. 

I need to get to bed, so I will tell more tomorrow - but all is good and I am proud of all 3 boys :-)
