Guinness crisps..pure genius!

An early bird start, though don't think even the birds were up when I was having breakfast! Alarm off at 5.30, and need to be leaving home at 7, setting off to derby station.

Bang on time, sail through to derby and meet vic on the platform, both of us heading to Birmingham for different things. Nice to have the company during the journey.

Definately a much cooler morning as we got to Birmingham heading towards snow hill. Wonder what snow hill is like in actual snow!

A good day in brum, really enjoyed it. Looks like I got signed up for a mud run too! All for charity!

Left at 5, and it was Baltic brum. Had to dash to selfridges on the way to the train to purchase some Guinness crisps for uncle d's birthday! Wandering around selfridges food hall reminded me I need a visit there soon to spend much longer looking round and purchasing!

Train back with vic and then round to uncle d's for his birthday. Love going round to uncle d's and Aunty Ellen's. had a couple of birthday whiskies with him!
