I had quite something else in mind when I spotted this in a hedge by the river. I had to go back and check I'd really seen what I thought I'd seen. Then I wasn't quite sure what to do about it - snap it for BCAM, report something suspicious to the police, laugh at a student prank, or simply add it to my collection of abandoned pink apparel.
