Plum blossom

Finally the hedgerow wild plums are flowering. They've wisely left it until after the frost, so with any luck there will be lots of fruit this autumn, on those which do set fruit.  I didn't get the depth of field right in this photo, and am realizing that the Fuji lens seems to behave a little differently in this respect to what I was used to on the LX3. A little more careful study is required I think. I'll have another go at this one when the blossom is fully out, and try to get a more balanced composition.
