His Masters Voice.

J dropped me down the gym early this morning, as he was going out on the motorbike, which was the first time this year. Des turned up, and it's the first time, ever, I have seen him depressed. His dog died a few days ago, and he is devastated.  I was determined to cheer him up, and by the time we had finished, he was laughing. He said, thank you for cheering me up.I'm just glad I did. I decided to walk home a different way, and saw this old gramophone outside the antique shop. I should have looked at the price tag really.  J didn't come home until much later, and didn't stop talking when he got it in. I think he had a good morning. We are having a steak dinner very soon, and I am starving.
