The Drugs Don't Work

... if I don't take them on time!! I have a pill reminder at 10am each day and a week or so ago I must have slept in way past then (shock horror imagine that never heard the like) and forgot to take them until mid afternoon. When that happens, I try to wean myself back onto the 10am time, so ignore my reminder.... but then I forget and when I look at my phone later am reminded... it was 5pm today! 

So in effect, my reminder time should really be about 3pm... yes, thanks for that blipfoto, I'll change my reminder time.

Sorry was I thinking out loud then? Oops...
