Rain and hail today. I rushed out during a brief respite to photograph the wavering blossom on my Victoria Plum, which has been coming out over the last week or two. It would have done for Tiny Tuesday if only I'd taken it yesterday.

Gladys Knight and The Pips - In My Heart I Know It's Right (recorded 19 April 1966)
When Gladys Knight and the Pips signed to Motown, this was the very first track they recorded. The first single on the label, Just Walk In My Shoes, was recorded at the same sessions but six days later, and this track had to wait until 2016 to be made available as a download, and until 2018 to appear on a CD. Ace's Baby I've Got It - More Motown Girls arrived in the mail this day and got played straight away.
