Simple Gifts

My morning was spent listening to my favorite rock and roots music station WFUV and circumventing the pigeons and house sparrows so that my terrific wee Tufteds could fly unimpeded from my big blue spruce to the feeders.

This one has a wonderful pink tongue and was proudly showing me the nut it gleaned from the peanut gallery!

My teen's school district is observing BCA month by having a Wear Pink to School Day. Mike put pink shoelaces in his sneakers and wore his pink ribbon sports socks but steadfastly refused my pink teeshirt, instead opting for his white one.
