Ospreys at Loch of the Lowes

This screenshot is from the webcam live streaming of the recently-united pair of ospreys at Loch of the Lowes Nature Reserve taken about noon. See webcam.
According to the blog, there was another male close to the nest before the resident male arrived.  It's unusual to see three ospreys – the regular pair with the ‘rogue’ male still hovering around. However, fairly swiftly the male osprey saw off the challenger. Several matings attempts have been observed and in as little as just over a week the first egg could be laid.
