Get knotted

I've always struggled with French knots, I have no idea why. Anyway, I found some simple instructions online yesterday and finally cracked them... sort of (still not perfect - see above!)

Finally was able to finish off one of my projects from last year, it just needs framing which I'm going to attempt to do myself, thanks again to some online instructions. What did we do before the internet?!

The weather has been ghastly today... a good day for doing embroidery though.
