Hebe Jeebies

In spite of the very unseasonal gardening weather of freezing wind and sleet, TJ was determined to transplant a large hebe that had outgrown it's original spot.  This is the corner where he dug out an overgrown fir tree last year, so it looked rather bare.  Hope the hebe will survive as it is a lovely multi coloured variety.  The neighbour has promised to replace his tatty fence which will tidy up the area too.

He also tried to replant a shrub which had become completely pot bound, but in spite of partly destroying the pot, he could not get it out so it has been stuck in the ground in its pot until the weather improves and he can try again!  He hates to be beaten:-)

The little robin in Extras stayed close in case he dug up any worms!
