Red onions

Knackered after a long and busy day at work, finishing off a monthly report before a day off tomorrow.
Lacking inspiration for tea, and the usual scratch around to find ingredients that might work together. I do love red onions; only fairly recently have they become regulars at home so they still feel a bit exotic! I love the look of them, and the red makes the usual onion layering look more interesting.
