The clearance ...

... down the bottom of my property.

There were two large piles of cleared shrubbery etc when my daughter, son-in-law and I finished our mammoth job at Christmastime.
3.5 months on, I’ve cleared the smaller pile and heaped it onto the big one. It’ll be easier for me to keep it all tidy with the weedeater now. I’m going to plant it in NZ natives.

That’s a NZ cabbage tree, or ti kouka, on the left - one of my favourites. I think it’s the largest tree lily in the world. Have I got that right?
