Stacked

As reported on a previous blip, Jake delivered a load of logs the other day. they had to be shifted and Coorie the dog was not as helpful as she could have been given the benefit she gains from their burning. They have now been shifted and stacked. They will now be left to dry out further. And when one of these logs goes in the fore, Coorie will be sent away. That'll teach her.

I thoroughly enjoy stacking logs. It doesn't need to be done all that often and that might be a factor. But there is a basic instinct at work. Bring on the cold.

The end product looks good too. Ever wondered whether these could be put back together to the original trunk, branch of a tree? A kind of wooden jigsaw.
