Take off

We were up and out of our accommodation by 10 am. We headed to North Geelong, where the internet told us there was a Latin Mass. Unfortunately, despite this being confirmed on the door of the church, it was very much not happening. All was locked up.

So we went out for breakfast before finding another church and slipping into the back of a Polish mass. It was interesting to work out which words were which and it was quite easy to follow, as it was a very similar format the Latin Mass. We even joined in with the communion hymn and some of the responses.

Then to Queenscliff, where we wandered around some cute little shops, ate ice cream talked to some interesting people.

Before heading home, Mr B took me past an ocean view so I could flex my photographic muscles. This seagull was perched on a pole. Mr B leant against the pole and the bird flew off. It's good having assistants when you're photographing wildlife!

Home for risotto and a lovely chat with Mum.
