You might think that this is about “The Bin Men Cometh” but it’s not.

The story is about speeding cars and how the Parish council proposed the installation of average speed cameras. In the event once the installation and ongoing costs were known the idea was dropped. Residents on the other hand wanted to draw drivers attention to their speed, so, most had stickers attached to their bins that read “Kill Your Speed”.
