Tarn Called Malice

I didn't wake up until 9:30 this morning. I think this is partly to do with the miles of up hill walking we did yesterday and also the fact that at 3:00am I was woken by doors slamming.

I ventured downstairs prepared to confront an annoying burglar and found Sam having a cup of tea. 

Anyway today we decided on a more gentle walk. We headed for Tarn Hows which is a man made lake with a nice path round it. However we found a more interesting, longer and steeper route which was much more rewarding.

The rain held off, the sun even came out for a bit. A fine day, and now a curry.
