Swan Nesting

Worsley Delph is being improved through a heritage lottery funded project. Silt clearance, new viewing platform, interpretation boards - that sort of thing.

A blue barrier has been placed across the canal arm to the Delph to prevent debris from entering from the main Bridgewater Canal.

Everything is going to plan. And then a pair of swans decide to build a nest on top of the barrier. Without telling the project manager ........
