The Mamores

We returned to Rannoch Station and caught the train to Corrour and then walked up Beinn na Lap. It’s certainly an easy day, but I feel it is dismissed too readily; the views are really very good in all directions and there is a really good coire facing east north east. We saw Ptarmigan and it was quite wintry on top. The blip is of the Mamores catching the sun and the extra Leum Uilleim, a Corbett to the west side of Corrour Station. We had plenty of time to wait for our train and passed an enjoyable time in the excellent tea room at the station. That is us down to 14 Munros and tops from which to see the view.
Yesterday’s blip.
