Chicago Peace

Quick blip before darkness falls. This is a darker pink colour as compared to the more yellow Peace rose as shown yesterday. This one seems to flower a bit more feeely.

Today was window cleaning day. We are getting new window coverings installed on Monday all in the honeycombe style which they say is the best for heat control ( mainly keeping in the heat during the winter). We looked at retrofitting double glazing but it was even more expensive, I don’t know why it isn’t compulsory in this climate. Bob took down the old blinds and I went to work with sugar soap followed by window cleaner spray. I haven’t finished yet but the ones I have done are looking sparkling.
