I spy with my little eye something beginning with 's'!

A very lovely walk in the Dales today, one of my favourite walks in spring, around the wee hamlet of Feizor.  The woods and hills have just the loveliest spring flowers, but all still a bit early.  The fields were spotted with sheep and lambs....(as Chino spotted too) and the hills and meadows were dotted with primroses and celandines....... no sign as yet of the carpets of spring flowers and bluebells that will appear here soon, just the leaves of the bluebells stretching out - soon, soon.....
