Newcastle v Arsenal

A peaceful lie in and lazy morning after our late night – and it was another lovely day.  A went to watch the Newcastle v Arsenal game, with instructions to look out for BB and his chums.  TT, M and I went for a  walk in the sunshine.   We were completely over-dressed for the weather, but it was so nice to get out and to feel the warmth of the sun.  We bought some cakes and headed home for a quick snack before our drive home.  I was pleased TT was driving, as I snoozed!

Soon after we got home, TT had to go and collect BB from the team bus.  He was happy, hungry and a little tired after his football weekend.  He had had a busy day with football training and then his trip to St James Park.  He was also disappointed as his team (Arsenal) got beat, but he was pleased to see them play at long last.

We are  all weary, and  tomorrow is going to be a struggle.
