Transport hiatus

This is what Colin said he was suffering from when he was loitering by the door for an extended period. A diplomatic way of describing that his taxi had performed a no-show.

I'm glad I didn't pursue a career in surveying. I drew this floorplan of a new building that we may have to renovate and rent at the project site, to absorb a larger team. The diagram belies the fact that it doesn't yet have any ceilings and there would be about a hundred other points of negotiation/discussion with the owner before we'd agree to move in. Yet it would be a very useful space and hopefully my colleagues will get a vague idea...
