Teeny Tiny Blue Speedwell Flowers

Every time I leave my apartment building (at least two to three times a day for walks or shopping), I have to walk past these adorable tiny blue flowers and their friends, the golden dandelions!

I'm never quite sure where to look for the Tiny Tuesday Challenges, but judging by those who have already posted, it's something small that we see every day.
